F.A.Q’s -常见问题

  • The Office of Student 参与 has information available about starting a new club 或组织. Check their website or visit the office on the first floor of the 学生会.

  • You need to be recognized as a club, group, 或组织 by the Office of Student 参与. Then pull up a 资金 Request Form online at ngskmc-eis.net/as/funding . 类型 in your answers in their entirety, and submit a completed copy of the form a minimum 预定活动前4周.   • You must submit a completed 资金 Request Form (FRF) at least four (4) weeks prior to the date of approval of your early bird registration, program, event or activity. Use the chart below to help you determine when to submit your FRF.

To be complete, the FRF must only request funds in the ten categories listed on the form and have all required documentation attached. 不完整的表格将不被接受.

• How much funding can a Student organization receive?

  • Each Student Organization may receive a maximum annual allocation, not to exceed, $3,000.00.  Groups requesting funds for Research Projects can get the full allocation 最高3000美元.经批准后，每学年00美元.

• If my 资金 Request Form is approved, how soon can I receive my funding?

  • Once the Controller or the Finance Committee approves your 资金 Request, please wait 3-5 business days for all paperwork to be submitted to the 综合服务中心.   • When submitting the 资金 Request Form, it must be completed in its entirety with 所附所有证明文件(i.e. 演讲者/艺术家传记信息、名言、 及宣传资料). Incomplete 资金 Request Forms will not be accepted.

• My event is next week, why can’t you just give me the m一个y now?

  • 根据A.S. 预算政策, the Student Organization 资金 Process states, “The student organization shall allow at least four (4) weeks from the time a 资金 Request Form is submitted online until the date of the program.  This time is required for the review and approval by the Controller, Finance Committee 及/或董事会.” Not allowing the minimal time to get the 资金 Request Form approved provides a greater risk of 相关学生 not funding your event.

• Can I be reimbursed if I don't have the original receipt?

  • You must supply an original receipt to prove you purchased any items you want A.S. to fund, but do not pay for any item with personal funds that you are requesting funding 在您的资金申请包批准之前. 相关学生 does not provide for direct reimbursements to organization members.
